Arizona Cardinal WR DeAndre Hopkins' mom
Arizona Cardinals wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins is one of the best in the NFL, and his biggest fan has always been his mom.
Almost 20 years ago, when Hopkins was 10 years old, Sabrina Greenlee was blinded during an acid attack. Her attacker, a woman she didn't even know but was jealous of her relationship, threw a concoction of lye and bleach on her and left her for dead.
As a domestic violence survivor, she now runs her own nonprofit organization to help victims of domestic abuse and empower those who have survived it.
FOX 10's Siera Santos sat down with Greenlee to talk with her about her traumatic experience and how that influenced both her life and DeAndre's.
