S.M.O.O.O.T.H. Transition Initiative - June 2020
Through the S.M.O.O.O.T.H. Transition initiative, our team discovered a young woman and her daughter living under dire straits, experiencing hardships, and in need of assistance. After assessing the family's long term needs, we located a place of residence and procured additional housing needs.
Local donations helped secure a residence for the young family, financial relief of utilities, and mandatory living expenses for six months, as well as stocking their kitchen and fully furnishing the home. With the recipient's permission, we were able to capture the reveal of her new home and transformational experience.
